Fot the dougth:

  • Water
  • Olive oil
  • 15 gr butter
  • Salt
  • 5 gr yeast
  • 250 gr flour
  • 50 gr butter to finish the dough

For the filling:

  • 300 gr squid
  • 2 onions
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 clove of garlic

Fot the dougth:

Mix in a bowl, with a blender, oil, water and 15 gr of butter. Use a little water to dissolve the yeast and add it to the mixture.

When the dough is compact and all the ingredients are bound together, wrap it in a plastic film and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

After this time, stretch the dough, divide 50 gr of butter into cubes and knead it with the dough (the same as with puff pastry).

For the filling

Chop and cook the vegetables and the squids.

Once every ingredient is ready, stretch the dough and cut it in squares. Fill them with the mix of vegetables and squid, and cook in the oven until they become golden-brown.
