INGREDIENTS

PARA EL PASTRY:

  • 100 gr. hake
  • 250 gr. cream
  • Spaghettata di mare (300gr)
  • 1 leek
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Salt (as needed)
  • Olive oil (as needed)
  • 1 onion
  • Black pepper

FOT THE TOPPING:

  • 200 gr. flour
  • 100 gr. butter
  • 1 egg
  • Salt (as needed)

PREPARATION

FOR THE PASTRY:

Place all the pastry ingredients in a bowl. First the sifted flour then place the chopped butter around it (the butter should be at room temperature) and pour the other ingredients.
Flour our hands and knead. Gradually, the pastry will take form. Stop kneading as soon as the dough is smooth.
Now just wrap it in cling film (transparent) and let be in the refrigerator for one hour.

FOR THE TOPPING:
