The International Taste Institute, based in Brussels, once again awards a prize to several of the products manufactured by Marfrío. In this edition, the Patagonian Squid, the Potón Tentacles, the IQF Raba and the IQF Potón Ring have been awarded.
The “Superior Taste Award” recognition is a recognition of excellence in flavor. The award is awarded after a blind tasting, in which the jury, made up of more than 200 chefs and sommeliers from around the world (professional flavor experts) base their scores on the 5 criteria of the International Hedonic Sensory Analysis: visual, olfactory, gustatory , final sensation and texture.
The “Superior Taste Award” certification is a seal of quality and indisputable prestige, as well as one of the main international awards.
