- 2 Marfrío breaded tuna fillets
- Frying oil
- Cherry tomatoes
For the tuna steaks
Without defrosting them, fry the fillets al 190 ºC for 5-7 minutes
For the side dish
Fry the potatoes until they become golden brown and drain them.
If you prefer to make it lighter, you can make the potatoes and the steak in the oven in fan mode or with an air fryer.
We chose to add to the dish salad, tomatoes and mayonnaise, but you can do it to your liking.
Remember that if you need more servings you just have to multiply the ingredients. Enjoy!
